14.08.010 Permit.
No person shall use or occupy a street, alley, or public sidewalk for performance of work under a building permit except in accordance with the provision of Chapter 44 of the Structural Specialty Code. (Ord. 4526 § 1, 1982; Ord. 196 § 1, 1890).
