Hearings Board
The Hearings Board is a smaller decision making group that conducts land use public hearings. This group is convened when a public hearing is required by our Code, but public interest is low. Three Planning Commissioners sit on this Board, plus another serves as an official alternate. Any of the Planning Commissioners may serve at a specific meeting to achieve a quorum. A quorum of this group is two people.
All terms expire 12-31-2010
Members' term of office: 2 years
Meets: Thursdays at 4 p.m. when needed
